We recognize the indispensable role of migrants and unorganised workers from the urban and rural-tribal regions in driving India’s urban economy and powering essential economic activities. RUBAL Foundation, by adopting a research-driven, rights-based, and holistic approach is committed to empowering Potential Migrants at their source locations (villages) and Existing Migrants at their destination locations (cities), ensuring they receive the support and opportunities they need to thrive.
